• Returns Only (No Exchanges): 

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it following our return policy and then place a new order using the e-gift card provided.
 Only purchase on our website cab be refunded. If you buy from other websites, retailers, or outlets, please contact them directly for refunds.

• Return Period: 

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
 Special deal products cannot be returned .
 Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, unassembled. Products that are returned with signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a return.

• How to Return:

  • Prepare your package: Include the item you are returning, the original order number, the name on the order, and the reason for the return.

We do not provide direct refunds. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue an e-gift card equivalent to the purchase price. You can use this card toward any future purchase on our website.

We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on Rolifeonline.com. If you not happy with your purchase. We provide refund & exchange service under the following conditions:
1. All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at service@rolifeonline.com or Contact us page.(Do not accept returns for non-objective reasons affecting secondary sales)
2. Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you further email if it is approved.
3. Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us. You need to provide:

• Order number
• Proof or purchase
• Picture of damaged package or products
• Correct shipping address

We will arrange replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But damage caused by customer will be issued extra fee for replacement.
