• Shipping Schedule: Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 hours. For orders placed on weekdays before 3:30 PM EST, we strive to ship on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.
• Weekend and Holiday Shipping: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
• Carriers: We use reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The choice of carrier may vary based on the size and destination of your order.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size of the order. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

The shipper box is 100% recycled material
The inserts required for shadowbox assembly are 100% recycled material
The printed portion of a ShadowPop Display uses 60% recycled material. Any item that requires graphic printing must have a percentage of virgin fibers for the printing process.
ShadowPop Corrugate Material is FSC Certified
FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability. FSC-certified forests are managed to strict environmental, social and economic standards.
ShadowPop Displays use water-based ink!
Most printing – 4C offset printing, use solvent-based inks. Water-based inks are a safer and greener alternative.
Solvent-based inks use organic solvents as their carrier liquid, while water-based inks use water. Solvent-based inks are also more volatile and less environmentally friendly compared to water-based inks.
Key differences:
• Carrier liquid: Solvent-based inks use solvents like alcohol or oil, whereas water-based inks use water.
• Durability: Solvent-based inks tend to be more durable and resistant to fading, abrasion, and water due to their solvent composition.
• Environmental impact: Water-based inks are considered more environmentally friendly as they have lower volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• Safety: Solvent-based inks can be more hazardous due to their strong fumes and flammable nature, requiring proper ventilation and handling.
